Usage:

• Pinch the finger pulse oximeter clip.
• Insert your finger into the rubber orifice (insert your finger fully) and release the clamp.
• Click the switch button on the front panel.
• Do not shake your fingers or move your body during use.
• Read relevant data directly from the display screen, which can display blood oxygen saturation, pulse rate, pulse amplitude and PI perfusion index.

Q: Can this oximeter monitor my blood pressure?

A: Only heart rate and oxygen saturation, blood pressure is not included.

Q: In a normal world, is there any benefit in knowing O2 saturation in a healthy adult?

A: Generally speaking, a person with no lung history should have a reading of 92% or greater. Someone with severe copd should be compensated to handle readings of 88% even on supplemental oxygen. We suggest that you consult with your physician who will be in a better position to advise and determine where your readings should be at.

Q: Can it be used during exercise?

A: Our oximeters are also designed for sports enthusiasts, it is not recommended for use during motion. This means that you may take a reading during your exercise session only when you stop to take a break (ensure you are keeping still) or after you complete your exercise.
